Remove someone once in the directory you already maintain and their access to every application published through Besecure goes with it — and the removal is recorded, so you can show when it happened.

Can we assign access by year level or faculty?
Yes, if those exist as groups or departments in your directory or in Besecure. Applications are assigned to roles, groups and departments rather than to individuals.
Do we need a directory to start?
No. You can create users directly in Besecure. If you already run Microsoft Entra ID or LDAP, syncing from it keeps one source of truth.
